You will have access to all parts of the apartment and will be exclusively for you.

Parking is available outside the property subject to availability. We will provide you with a parking permit. There I also non permit parking available on all the surrounding streets for free. COVID-19 SANITISATION Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. NO VISITORS TO THE PROPERTY Only people listed on the reservation can enter the property. This for the comfort and safety for all the other guests. We have CCTV in place on the front door and the communal area. If you plan on having family or friends visiting just let us know. NO SMOKING INSIDE Please refrain from smoking inside the apartment! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for deep cleaning and ozone treatments. NO PARTIES/EVENTS We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. All guests must be accounted for at the time of booking and no visitors are allowed. QUIET TIMES We ask that guests keep noise down between the hours of 9:30PM- 8:00AM The building is made up of 3 other apartments and neighbours we want to respect their homes and peace.

Description of the property was accurate. Host was very communicative and even let us know that the property was ready before the set check in time. Property was very clean with tea bags, coffee and towels provided. Free parking outside with a 30min walk or nearby bus stop to get into the city centre. Would stay again

NO VISITORS TO THE PROPERTY Only people listed on the reservation can enter the property. This for the comfort and safety for all the other guests. We have CCTV in place on the front door and the communal area.
NO SMOKING INSIDE Please refrain from smoking inside the apartment! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for deep cleaning and ozone treatments.
NO PARTIES/EVENTS We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. All guests must be accounted for at the time of booking and no visitors are allowed.
